Deaerator Tank

A deaerator tank is a critical industrial vessel that removes dissolved gases, primarily oxygen and carbon dioxide, from boiler feedwater to prevent corrosion and improve efficiency. Piping Spools

Dish Ends

Dish ends are curved metal end-closures used to seal cylindrical vessels like storage tanks, pressure vessels, and boilers. Their curved shape is functionally critical because it distributes internal pressure more effectively than flat plates, reducing stress concentration and allowing for thinner materials to be used for the same pressure rating. They are typically fabricated from carbon steel for general use, stainless steel for corrosive environments, and other alloys like aluminium.

Sample Cooler

A boiler sample cooler is a compact heat exchanger used to safely collect water or steam samples from high-pressure boiler systems. It prevents sudden evaporation that occurs when pressure drops, which can dangerously burn operators and lead to inaccurate chemical analysis by concentrating the remaining sample. U-Bolts for Boiler Steam Drums

U-bolts are heavy-duty, high-tensile fasteners designed to support the massive weight (up to 400 tons) of steam drums in industrial boilers and for diverse industrial applications. U Bolts are commonly used with nuts to provide secure and reliable fastening in piping and structural systems. Our U-Bolts are available in a variety of sizes, grades, and specifications to meet different industry requirements.

Sling Rods

Sling rods in are critical structural components used to suspend the entire boiler body including heavy headers, tube banks and walls from the top structure of the boiler. They are essential for managing the significant weight of the pressure parts while allowing for thermal expansion during operation. Manufactured using premium-grade steel, our sling rods meet relevant industry standards and ensure reliability in demanding environments. These sling rods are available in a variety of sizes to meet diverse industrial requirements.

Seal and cover plates

Seal and cover plates in boilers are essential, high-temperature resistant components designed to prevent leaks of steam, water, or gases, ensuring safe and efficient operation. They function by providing a rigid barrier (cover plate) combined with a flexible sealing element (gasket/seal) across gaps, ports, and access points. Manufactured using high quality carbon steel and stainless steel, these plates are customized as per client requirements.

Headers Support

Boiler headers act as central manifolds (distribution or collection pipes) in steam boiler systems, crucial for collecting steam or hot water generated within boiler tubes and distributing it throughout a system. They ensure even distribution of the medium, maintaining balanced pressure and temperature across heating surfaces.

Aerofoils

An Aerofoil is a flow metering device specifically designed for square or rectangular ducts. It is particularly useful for duct flow measurements where conventional flow elements, such as orifice plates and flow nozzles, cannot be effectively used. With strong expertise in fabrication and engineering, we specialize in the manufacturing of high-quality aerofoils that ensure reliable and accurate flow measurement for various industrial applications.

Water wall panels

Water wall panels are essential, gas-tight steel tube structures that line the furnace chamber of modern boilers to absorb radiant heat and produce steam. These panels, often featuring finned tube welding, replace traditional refractory brickwork to improve efficiency, reduce heat loss, and allow for faster, more durable boiler operation. We manufacture water wall panels with carbon or alloy steel tubes which are available in outer diameters (OD) ranging from 31.8 mm to 88.9 mm, with thicknesses between 3.0 mm and 9.0 mm.

IBD vessels

Intermittent Blowdown (IBD) vessels, often called blowdown tanks or separators, are pressure vessels designed to receive, cool, and safely discharge high-pressure, sludge-laden water from the bottom of a boiler. They allow for the quick, periodic removal of settled sediment and dissolved solids (TDS) without damaging the boiler or downstream piping.

CBD Vessels

Continuous blowdown vessels (or tanks) are essential boiler house safety devices designed to receive and safely manage hot, high-pressure blowdown water from boilers, preventing damage to downstream drain systems. They flash high-pressure water into steam, which is vented, while the remaining liquid is cooled and drained safely.
